Introduction
coffee_ is a free app from CCT Plus LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what information the app does and does not collect, how it is used, and which third-party services the app relies on.
By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The app does not require you to create an account, and it never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal details.
We do not have access to the coffee data you enter in the app.
Data Storage
All data you create in coffee_ is stored in your own private iCloud library, using Apple’s CloudKit. It is tied to your Apple Account and is protected by Apple. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your data, and we do not hold on to it in any way. If you are not signed in to iCloud, your data stays on your device.
You are in control of this data. You can remove it at any time by deleting it in the app or by managing iCloud storage in your device’s Settings.
Analytics
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the app is used so we can improve it (for example, which features are used and which app versions are in use). TelemetryDeck is designed to be anonymous: it does not collect personally identifiable information, and any identifier it uses is anonymized so that it cannot be traced back to you. Your coffee entries are not sent as part of analytics.
Purchases and Subscriptions
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase status through Apple’s App Store using a randomly generated anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address, or Apple Account details. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store your payment information.
Advertising
The free version of coffee_ shows ads through Kickstart Exchange, a service that promotes apps to other apps rather than to individuals. Kickstart Exchange does not track you or your device and does not build behavioral profiles. It records app-level information such as ad impressions and clicks, and the App Store country of your device so that ads are relevant to where they can be installed. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
